The founder
Kristopher Van Santen
I’m Kristopher Van Santen, owner and founder of Avitas Concrete Ltd. I started Avitas Concrete in 2023 with a clear vision: to build a company that stands the test of time and continues to serve clients for generations.
The name Avitas is derived from the Latin word Aevitas, meaning “eternal” or “timeless.” That idea is at the core of everything we do. It reflects not only the durability we aim for in our work, but also the kind of company we are building—one rooted in longevity, trust, and lasting relationships.
My goal is to create a business that supports my family, provides opportunities for our team and their families, and delivers dependable, high-quality results for yours—year after year.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my wife, Sarah, and our newborn daughter, Sunny. I also enjoy cooking, woodworking, golfing, and sailing whenever I get the chance.
